Color Light Air: Thomas Gentille

COLOR LIGHT AIR: THOMAS GENTILLE is a new book, which accompanies the eponymous 2018 exhibition at Gallery Loupe. All of the works, made with Gentille’s diverse repertoire of materials, are photographed by Joe Gold and presented in full color and their actual size. The text includes a preface by Patti Bleicher, director of Gallery Loupe, a conversation between Gentille and American arts writer Lindsay Pollock, and an essay by German author Julie Metzdorf, reprinted from Art Aurea magazine, along with a list of Gentille’s awards, solo exhibitions, and works in public collections.Gentille, himself, contributed several writings and photographs, along with the overall design of the 184 page publication.
