NAVIGATING CAPE FEAR: Barbara Seidenath

An exhibition of new work by contemporary studio jeweler, Barbara Seidenath. Seidenath has been on the teaching faculty of the Rhode Island School of Design, Providence, RI for nearly two decades. “The work included in this show is greatly informed by the mysteries of Cape Fear, North Carolina, as well as by my own personal fear of re-entering the world of jewelry making in my studio after a year long hiatus. As I navigated both the physical and emotional waters of Cape Fear, I found expression in the intimate format of the enamel miniature.” Artist Reception, Dec. 4, 7-9 pm.
