DRAWINGS FROM IRELAND: Noam Elyashiv

Artist Opening: Saturday, April 10, 5-7 pm

This exhibition explores the artist's inspiration, which she has derived from extended periods of time spent in Ireland.  Informed and captivated by the light, air, colors and other facets of life in Ballycastle, a small village in County Mayo, Elyashiv captures the precision and linear clarity of her drawings in metal.  "Simplicity is fundamental to my aesthetic.  My pieces are impressions, or thoughts, on the visual simplicity of the local architecture and landscape."
